The award winning DreamMaster Mattress Elevator
It is lighter, has greater functionality and is easier to fit than the previous version.
The award winning DreamMaster raises the standard for mattress elevators and allows greater independence for people in their own home.
The unique features of the DreamMaster are retained:
- Width adjustable from 2’6” to 5’
- Can be fitted to a wide range of domestic beds, including divan and slatted bed bases
- Optional Side Rails raise with the backrest
- Optional Knee-Break to prevent user moving down the bed
- Market leading elevation range, from 5º to 85º, to allow it to be almost flat.
- Virtually silent in use
- Maximum weight rating of 40 stone (254kg)
The DreamMaster is manufactured from box section aluminium to retain the same strength as the previous DreamMaster but with the advantages of improved rigidity and lighter weight.
The instructions detail fitting of the DreamMaster to Divan beds and Slatted beds, these instructions are generic and can be used as a guide to fit the DreamMaster to a wide range of domestic beds. Beds that may not be suitable include deeply sprung box divan beds (with more than 5cm / 2″ of sprung depth), slatted beds with thin “sprung slats” that are naturally convex, older style metal framed beds with mesh to support the mattress and ottoman beds.
Beds that the Elevator may be suitable for include standard divan bases, slatted beds with strong, flat wooden or metal slats. Please contact Customer Services if further information is required about compatibility.
The Knee-Break is also made from aluminium and is now powered by its own motor for greater functionality. The Knee-Break is supplied with a four-button hand control to allow users to raise their knees separately to the backrest, in a similar way to a profiling bed.
Optional extras include the Side Rails (specifically Left and Right sides) and Mattress Support Bars.
